Description
Polyvinylidene fluoride rod is a kind of pure polymer extruded from PVDF resin at high temperature. It does not contain additives such as UV stabilizer, heat stabilizer, softener, lubricant or flame retardant. The oxygen index is 46%, flame retardant, crystallinity 65% ~ 78%, density 1.77 ~ 1.8g/cm3, melting point 172 ℃, thermal deformation temperature 112 ~ 145 ℃, long-term service temperature – 40 ~ 150 ℃. Due to the chemical inertia of PVDF, it hardly reacts with any medium. It is especially suitable for the transmission of pure chemical reagents in pure water system and semiconductor industry.

High temperature resistance (can work continuously at 150 ℃), excellent chemical corrosion resistance and hydrolysis resistance, outstanding UV resistance and climate resistance. High mechanical strength, good rigidity, good creep resistance, good sliding and wear resistance, inherent low flammability and good electrical insulation.
Application fields:
Due to its good chemical resistance, processability, fatigue and creep resistance, PVDF is one of the materials for pumps, valves, pipes, pipeline fittings, storage tanks and heat exchangers as a whole or lining of fluid treatment system of petrochemical equipment. With its good chemical stability and electrical insulation performance, the equipment can meet the requirements of TOCS and flame retardant. It is widely used in the storage and transportation of high-purity chemicals in the semiconductor industry, the field of electronic industry such as semiconductor and liquid crystal related devices, the field of chemical devices, food processing machines, etc.
